臨急抱佛腳的tempo run

Quick update on the process, just around 6 weeks to the real race, and I realized that after 30km I will find quite hard to proceed. Therefore, extra training in midweek is a must. Although it may be already quite late to add a tempo run, still, I am trying to boost my condition as possible as I can, hope carrying Buddha's leg in a rush can help... Typing an English entry this time because I can type faster and sleep earlier, I am not pretending crab.

Weather is cold, but I got long sleeves, tight pants and gloves so it's fine. Running Happy Valley Race Course is actually quite nice, other than the environment, I can also use staff's gym room facilities afterwards. Anyway, after some warm ups, I could already get into the tempo run easily, I completed the run at 52mins for 10km as expected. After some cool downs, didn't feel really tired except hungry. A friend would like to finish 10km with an hour, so as long as following the schedule to train up, including Choi Lee Fut (wall squat, push up /sit up hold / side plank, proper running training) and Luk Tung Kuen (cool downs), finishing 10km in an hour -- 其實唔難 :)
